Noteworthy Accomplishments:

Deployed Version 2 of the GI Bill Comparison Tool in less than 6 weeks. This included requirements gathering, product design tasks, stakeholder concurrence, content concurrence, development and deployment.

Spearheaded a VA effort to develop a system that would supplant over 20 different facilities’ locators on with a single application capable of returning any VA facility based on the users desired service offering. Existing VA data was not available to support this initiative and required my team and me to “hack” bureaucracy to identify, aggregate data sources, establish partnerships with cross-disciplined groups across the VA, and provide for the sustainment and utilization of this data for both public and VA usage (ongoing).

Established and managed stakeholder relationships successfully with sponsor teams including appointee level, SES stakeholders.

Manage a cross-disciplined team of Digital Services Experts, at the product team level, to achieve product goals. 

Translate stakeholder business requirements into actionable technology requirements and Provide product visioning and product roadmaps to ensure Digital Service teams and stakeholders share a common vision.
