Which device, which carrier, what plan, what services with the plan, how many texts per month, etc.? Best Buy Mobile’s mission was to help customers make sense of all of those options.


The challenge was to create an online user experience that allowed customers to navigate the vast array of available devices and service plans to make the most informed decision possible about their purchasing options.

At we created a user experience that allows customers to post and read reviews, offer ratings, check on upgrade availability, find compatible accessories and solicit feedback from their social media networks prior to purchase.
